Two PAB buttonsVastattu
I have inherited out knowb4 setup and I was wondering if anyone can tell me why we have two WAB buttons in Outlook.
From what I have been told they had to install two different version to get it to work, one for Outlook 2016 and on phone clients but we have two showing up in Outlook and only one works.
There are a few reasons that you could have multiple Phish Alert Button instances you more than likely have multiple installations of different versions of the Phish Alert Button. You can find the manual here.
You more than likely only need one installation of the Phish Alert Button. If you would like, I can open a ticket with our support technicians to see if you can get rid of one of those instances. Or if you do require multiple instances for your organization here is documentation on how multiple PAB instances work for your environment. In that documentation, you should find instructions on how to delegate the version of the PAB you are using to specific groups so you don't end up with a duplication of the button.

From my understanding they stated we needed to have the two installed. One was to make it work in Outlook 2016 and the other to make it work on the Outlook client on cell phones.
But from I have read we should only need the Phish Alert V2 installed. Right now we have the Phish Alert and Phish Alert V2 installed which I believe is showing the two Phishing buttons in Outlook 2016.
