Reporting
VastattuI am trying to find a way in the User Awareness platform to do the following with reporting:
1. Once a quarter, send an automatic report of the templates used in the last quarter, so we can proactively go in and disable ones that are frequently used in favor of new ones
2. Once a quarter, have the system generate a list of all the templates that resulted in failures from the user, so we can see if there are any trends that we can address in training.
Is there any way to do this?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out to our community board. For your particular request, you may be able to achieve these results by using APIs and automating them yourself. As seen here.
For your second point, this isn't currently a system or ability we have in place. But I have submitted a feature request to add support for this, or at least get some APIs in place to offer this ability.
