Training Window Pop Up Minimizes

Has anyone seen a problem with IE11 users who launch training from inside their browser and it opens minimized in their task bar?  We have many users experiencing this behavior and it confuses them as they don't see it display.  It is causing some help desk calls and I can't find a way to prevent that.  Just wondering if someone else has seen that and maybe found a fix.

  Yes, we've seen this too. Usually a "refresh" or F5 fixes it.
