Best Day of the Week to Start a Training Campaign

We're about to start a yearly training component to our SAC. Does anyone have an opinion on what day of the week gets the best response from users? Sending on Monday no good as it's usually busy, and Friday people either dont come in or have deadlines to meet. I was thinking Wednesday might be best as people might enjoy a mid-week break from work.

  I personally DO start campaigns on Mondays and have had no issues with people starting that day. I typically set up 8-week windows for training (then 2 weeks off before the next campaign starts) and send a Welcome notification day 1 then a Reminder notification each Monday thereafter. I see spikes on the days notifications get sent and the number slowly drops throughout the week. I then accelerate the notifications the last 2 weeks, sometimes reminding every 3 days until campaign end.

  This doesn't specifically answer your question but maybe the notifications are more important in gaining compliance vs. a specific  day of the week. But if the Wednesday start works for you, I say keep with that, just ensure the notifications are sent regularly.

  We have been setting up a yearly plan making sure there is no cadence to when a campaign goes out.  Changing up the difficulty as well.  We use everyday of the week.
