I can't seem to find if there is an option to have the certificate auto-generated and sent to the user upon successful completion.

Hi Daniel,
Currently, there isn't exactly an option for what you're speaking of. The users can print or download their completion certificates upon successful completion of their course. Also, If you're an admin on your account, you can log in and view the users' completion certificates as well.

I would like this feature as well.
It's been over a year and half since the last reply on this post and I still don't see an option for it.
It could be a simple option in the notifications section where we can send the certificate with the Campaign Completion notice.
I know it's not that hard to add this feature, when are you planning to do so?

This issue is still ongoing.
Just to provide some extra feedback. The problem with the current method is that every video from knowBe4 generates a certificate at the end and this confuses the users thinking they are done with the training and miss the remaining sections we have included in the campaign.
Yes, the Dashboard that was added helps a bit but it only shows 5 items in the list and even so, users may not go back to it after they are done with a video section and see a certificate being generated.
Instead of having a certificate generated for every video section, we should have the option to generate a SINGLE certificate for the whole campaign and this should be generated once the user has fully completed all sections.
Not sure how this was missed by the dev team as this is a standard method of generating a certificate of completion at the end of a full course, not for individual classes which is what these sections should be seen as.
Everything I am telling you is based on the feedback we have received from our company users who do not complete the whole campaign and when we try to remind them, they tell us they were issued a cert for it and they are done, when in fact they still have multiple sections to complete.
Please remove the individual certs option and add the campaign cert option or have both but make it an option for the admins to choose which one to allow so the users do not get confused.
