Automated new employee on-boarding training setup
VastattuAn enhancement that automatically adds users to a system defined group (in addition to their manually assigned group) called “New Users Within <user defined> Days” that we could assign campaigns to using the current with the current auto-enroll feature of new users. This would make new user on boarding training automated without having to create separate groups and move each new employee into their permanent group. This would allow automated separation of on-boarding training to new employees.

I also understand that you can just create a never ending or yearly campaign that auto enrolls new users, but it affects everyone across the board who may have already had the training and it doesn't allow you to automate a reasonable deadline with reminders based off that deadline. The only way to do something right now is have a separate new users group(s) added to manually that you move them out of manually at regular intervals or when the whole group has completed their training.

With the addition of the Smart Groups this should be an easy feature to add. With the "new user created within" criteria, and the training required criteria, the functionality is almost there. This would make my life a lot easier if new staff who get enrolled in KnowBe4 by AD Group Membership automatically get enrolled in training that they have 30 days to complete as per many industry requirements.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for your input on the Smart Groups feature. I will submit a feature request to our Development team to add criteria options based on users managed by Active Directory. However, your goal may be currently possible by using the "User Date" criteria type which can base Smart Group enrollment on the date the user was "created" or added to the console. Feel free to share any other ideas you may have!
Thanks again!
Lauren
