Add metadata about the email being reported.

Often people go into their junk email and or report old messages. It would be helpful to see additional information.

• Folder user reported phishing from
• date and time of reported email

  Hi Randy,

  Thank you for contributing to the community board. I've created a feature request for this on your behalf to have the Phishalert button include meta data with such information as the folder that it was reported from and date and time of the reported email.
