A record when notification emails are sent

There does not seem to be any record on when reminder notification emails are sent to users. It would be nice if there was a record of when notifications are sent to users. This would provide an audit trail in case a user has been repeatedly reminded to complete a course. 

Right now, we cannot "prove" the user has received notification from the KnowBe4 platform. We are forced to ask our email administrators to parse through the receive logs of our email system to determine if the user has received the email or not. 

This is inefficient use of everyone's time.

  I agree, a log of notifications in the console would be great. I've been asked many times how often someone got a notification and then I have to spend a bunch of time searching and filtering email in exchange to get an answer.

  This would be a welcomed feature.  I find it difficult to troubleshoot when an email is not received. It would be great as a starting point to confirm through KnowBe4 it was sent.
