Add Notification Option for "Other"

In some cases it may be nice to have an option to select another notification option outside of User, Manager, and Admins.  This could be used to notify HR if an employee is failing too many times, which is part of our process for phishing tests, or it could be used to pick maybe a higher-level person in the org chart if that is required as well.

  This would be huge for us. Many of our customers want one specific person to handle things like past-due assignment follow-ups. We could specify this person as 'manager' on each user account, but this is prone to error - both when managed in on-prem AD or directly in KB4.

  Setting a specific person directly in the notification settings ensures the right person is always informed. Please fast-track this!

  +1 I was very surprised to see that in the year 2023 a platform does not support sending notifications to a custom email or group. We have a GRC mailbox that we would like to send past-due notifications to, rather than blasting the whole KB4 admin group with those emails.

  I came here to make a similar request, so I'll +1 this.

  Use Case 1: Let HR know of overdue Compliance training.

  Use Case 2: Let a Department head know of overdue security training if the immediate supervisor is not being effective and ensuring the training is complete.

I'll post a separate feature request for this one.
  
  To the second case: We have historically listed higher-level managers as this cuts down on needing to track changing supervisors and has been more effective at seeing the training completed. However, now that we are expanding the use of KnowBe4 to include Compliance+ training for HR, we'd like to let the lower level supervisors view their team's training dashboard. Fortunately, KnowBe4 already supports allowing higher-level managers view the team dashboards of supervisors below them in the hierarchy tree. We would like to similarly be able to send notifications up the tree to all managers higher in the tree than the immediate supervisor.

  In short, could we add the following notification options:

  1) Notify other

  2) Notify all managers above this employee in the hierarchy tree.

  The additional notification types would be a huge benefit to many of our customers!  I have added a +1 to the feature request that is with our development team to show that there is increased interest in this.  We greatly appreciate your input!
