Change my Dashboard to see someone's point of view

I have people reaching out regarding questions of new dashboard features. Specifically those who are managers of managers, etc. It would be helpful to say "I; as the knowbe4 admin, wants to change my point of view to act as if I am *John Doe* and see what his dashboard looks like". If I can see what John is seeing, I can accurately see his point of view and best understand his question.  

This would allow me to investigate and troubleshoot on my time instead of setting up time and confirming in real time. Since I am not a manager today, it is time consuming to manually turn off SCIM sync, find a number of users, change their manager to be me, save, investigate the original question, and revert my changes. 

As an admin of the platform, seeing people's information is expected, but seeing a different POV, that would be a very helpful feature.
