Pin favorite notification templates

By the book we set the reminder cadence for end users when they miss a training. What the user needs to do is pay attention to emails and click the link as soon as it comes in (we use passwordless). 

In practice, there's often "I didn't get the email," or "I accidentally deleted it". When that happens, I'll go in and manually resend the notification they need. That drop down though, with its dozens of notification types, always takes a couple of minutes to find and make sure I'm resending the notification they need.

If we were able to pin favorites, and those favorites would always appear at the top of that dropdown- these manual reminders would go far more smoothly.

  Hello Adam,

  Thanks for submitting your suggestion on resending training notifications manually to users that require a new reminder.  I think that is an excellent idea and have not seen this feature request before. I can understand how this would be beneficial and have gone through and sent a feature request directly to our Development Team for further consideration. While I can’t provide a timeline or guarantee that this feature request will be implemented, our team always appreciates this information.

  As a workaround you do have the ability to type the name of the training notification in the Select Template field to recall it faster but your idea on pinning would be a great addition.
