Can't import csv file, can't send training mails
VastattuHi there. I need help urgently. I'm not getting any responses from the UK distributor, so I've taken to coming here. I have a prospect trialling the service, and they wish to see the process of being enrolled in training for a group of trial users.
I couldn't get the .csv file to upload (having done this many times successfully for other accounts), so had to just paste in the users. Not a biggy, but I would like to get the bottom of this before they buy licenses.
The main issue is that notification messages are not getting through to them at all. Yes, we have whitelisted the source IP ranges. They use Mimecast and we have followed the instruction to the letter. Again, I have done this many times before for other clients with no issue. The mimecast service does report that it is dropping or quarantining the mails. It's as if the mails simply are not getting sent.
The account is setup as a 'trial'; are there any restrictions setting up training campaigns whilst the account is a 'trial'??! Any rapid response today would be much appreciated!
