New AD users to existing campaign

Are new users automatically added to existing campaigns?

Let's say I start this campaign on 3/15/2017, run it for a month, and a new user gets automatically created by active directory on 3/20/2017 while the campaign is running- will this new user be part of that campaign? 

Also, can I create a dynamic group that includes all the users that haven't been part of a campaign yet?

  Hello Eduard,

   

  I wanted to follow up on the feature request that Katie submitted for you. We did release a feature that covers the dynamic groups that you were talking about. The feature is named 'Smart Groups' and is available for Platinum and Diamond subscription customers.

  Hi Eduard,

  Yes, your new AD users can be added to an existing training campaign if with that campaign, you are: a) targeting an AD-managed group that the user is placed into upon being added to AD and the KB4 platform, or b) if your training campaign is simply targeting All Users. The key here is that on your training campaign, you need to have the Automatically Enroll Users function checked "on" -- this will ensure new users will get added to that campaign in progress.
