Vendor Qualifying Questions (Useless?)

Please work within the Vendor module to improve the section related to Vendor Qualifying Questions.  Currently, this is a completely useless, redundant, and potentially valuable piece of this module.

 

Useless:  There are 8 qualifying questions.  None of the responses make any difference in the software. Not sure why it is even called 'Qualifying Questions'.  In addition, none of the responses are tied to the vendor in any kind of exportable format.  They are only tied to the vendor on the screen.

 

Redundant:  I have to input the 'Type of Data to be Shared" for a second time.  Why? This is not only inefficient, but causes issues with the integrity of the data should the responses not match.

 

Potentially Valuable:  If the information was used to qualify the vendor by risk level dependent upon the answers given, then it would help organizations better identify risky vendors on the front end of the process and allow organizations to be able to proactively assess high risk vendors.

  At the moment, the "Qualifying Questions" exist to help your organization assess the level of risk associated with each vendor created within your platform and are only available in the vendor's profile. However, I do see what you mean in regard to how this feature could be improved!

  
  I've submitted feature requests for you to our Development team with regards to the ability to export Qualifying Questions and their answers from KCM, to combine the redundant "Shared Data" fields on a vendor's profile, and the ability to use "Qualifying Questions" as an influencing factor on identifying Risk for a given vendor. We base a lot of our new releases and features on customer ideas and requests, so we do appreciate your input!
