Ability to exclude groups from phishing campaigns

From the start we always wanted a way to delay phishing new hires. Give them time to onboard and do training before slapping them with a phishing email that could land them in trouble without having been trained, then it falls to IT to "make it right". 

I can create a smart group for new hires and we have that, but excluding them from testing by excluding them from the larger group also excludes them from training. so now I have to create yet another group and change our setup again in order to have a testing group and a training group and its becoming more and more cumbersome to create group after group for managing this. We have multiple regions and multiple countries with a few thousand people to manage and we tried to simplify the groups but every time there is an opportunity to better our process it seems we have to start over with more groups.

Being able to exclude a group from a campaign would really help in this administration or testing and training in my opinion.
