Add ability to send ad-hoc messages to user's supervisor

The new "Messages" tab under Users permits the ability to immediately send messages to a user, but not their supervisor. Please add this capability.

While I can’t provide a timeline or guarantee that this feature request will be implemented, we certainly take customer feedback into consideration when planning future developments.
