MSP - Managed Smart Groups

It would be great to manage Smart Groups from the MSP level.  If we are making a recommendation to all of our clients for a quarterly training it would be nice to set this once for any account that signs up to enroll their users in the recommended training.  It would also be helpful to push certain Smart Groups down to pull something like the "Riskiest User Group" that would exist on all child accounts by default.  This would line up with making recommendations on a clients' riskiest users, help with reporting, etc.

  +1 for this as well! We deploy KnowBe4 in a very much "cookie-cutter" to our customers as they are all in the same industry scope. Would like to be able to tie this into the Managed Phishing and Managed Training at the MSP level.

  I like to have all clickers go to a group when they fail a phishing test so that I can auto enroll them in a training right after they fail.

  I cannot do this at the MSP level. This would be super helpful. Just the ability to create any kind of group.
