Simplify Process for Requesting Additional Languages

Hello,

We are required to deploy training content in six different languages. The amount of training content that is available in these six languages is small in comparison to the total content available on the platform. The current process for requesting seems cumbersome. The information type in these requests would be the same so I believe the request process would be improved with a page/form that allows the requester to choose from a drop-down menu the name of the content (since it is already published in the modstore) and then a drop-down to choose the requested additional language(s).
