Hide Optional Training / Better filtering of training campaigns

With the new Optional Training feature I end up with Optional trainings showing. I don't want to deactivate them but I would like an option to hide trainings which don't have a due date or are optional. 

Also, maybe more filtering options? 
To filter by group instead of using the search bar would be awesome!
