    Hello Diallo,
    Thanks for reaching out to the community discussion board for KCM GRC! I can certainly understand how creating custom categories/subcategories and linking the subcategories to default or custom categories would help you work more efficiently in KCM. Great idea! I’ve submitted a feature request for this functionality to the development team.
    While feature requests aren't guaranteed changes, they are tracked for user interest and considered when our development team makes updates to KCM GRC.

    This feature request would be very beneficial.  It looks unprofessional with 'Custom', 'Custom', 'Custom' shown under the subcategory drop down.

    Has this made it into any future releases?  Is it still being debated by KnowBe4?
