Outlook showing "(via psm.knowbe4.com)" after using Microsoft Advanced Delivery

Hi,

Having followed this guide:

We are getting emails delivered but they now show "(via psm.knowbe4.com)" on the from line in Outlook desktop, so we then followed this guide but it hasnt helped.

Anyone else seen this?
