    +1 for me as well    Much needed ability considering many shared mailboxes are things like payroll, AP, AR, etc. and are highly targeted.

    Hi Carter,

    I am happy to add you to the feature request on integrating the XML installation with shared mailboxes.  While the development team is working on this we do have a workaround.  If you install our client phishing alert button, via the MSI installer, it will work in shared inboxes.  As always we appreciate your feedback.

    Yes, you are correct, this would be a new feature request.  I completely agree with you on it and have submitted it to the team for further review.  I will not have an ETA at this time but please keep an eye on the changelog; https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003416867, for if this is implemented in the future.

    Like many others have already commented this is a MUST HAVE for many of us. Your customers are demanding it and I think the KnowBe4 team needs to speed things up. You can add my interest in this as well.
