Report Phishing button is grayed out
We have a user whos report phishing button is grayed out. They have restarted Outlook without any changes.
Wondering if there are any steps to getting the button to work.
Any issues related to the Phish Alert Button are submitted to our tech support team and then a troubleshooting process begins with the customer. These issues are individual to the customer environment generally. If you are having trouble with your Phish Alert Button, please submit a support request to our tech support staff using the submit a request button at the top of the page!
I have been able to recreate the issues with the grayed-out Phishing Alert Button.
The PAB will only work if the email is opened. Just selecting the email will not work.
If you enable the reading pane in the Outlook Client or open the email, The PAB will now be active.
That might explain why only a handful of people are having that issue.
