Ability to send notification templates to individual users

Right now for notifications we have User, Manager and Admin.

Our problem is that we want to include HR as an escalation after the manager has been notified. Our only workaround for this is to make them Admin which from a security standpoint is bad practice. We would like to have a fourth option which would allow us to select users from our list of provisioned users. This would allow us to list HR employees, keep them as regular users and not have to grant them admin privileges.

Thanks for posting to the community board. This sounds like a terrific idea. I've submitted a feature request on your behalf to be able to specify a fourth option to send notification templates to.
