Name and email changes adding users to already completed training.
AnsweredI keep running into this issue. We do a user import via CSV to update our users on a frequent basis. Staff who have name changes due to marriage or have a change to their email address, always wind up being a problem for me. I get email complaints that they are added to training they have already completed. I go in and merge accounts, but there is no way to remove them from the training in progress if its doesn't fix the training issue. I can complete the training for them as an admin, but it doesn't feel like the right answer.
This last one I actually went into her profile and updated her name and email address before the import and it still caused an issue by adding her to new hire training.
I guess what I'm looking for is two things:
1)Why if I update the profile prior to the import, would the system upon import add the changed email address to already completed training?
2)Is there a way to remove a user from ongoing/current training once added or the ability to remove the training from a users record?
