Allow some/not all users passwordless login

It would be really helpful for us to be able to use passwordless login for some of our contract workers who do not use our company email.... We want the ability for our employees to access Knowbe4 from their Okta page, that is why we have not implemented passwordless login-the instructions state that users could not longer access training by logging in at "training.knowbe4.com".
It would be nice to split access ability and not have to chose all one route

Hi Aimee, Thank you for contributing to the community board. I wanted to make sure I understood the request here.
You have SAML enabled with OKTA but you'd like to use passwordless login links for your contractors that don't primarily log into OKTA but have a company email address.
So you'd like to be able to generate a passwordless login link that bypasses your OKTA authentication and logs those contractors directly into the console. Is that a fair summation?

I can absolutely see how that would be a feature that would be applicable to your contractors. It's not a feature we currently have but I can propose something of a workaround.
For this workaround, you'd need to have the contractors utilize a username and password for login. You could create a template that uses this link in lieu of a passwordless login link.
https://training.knowbe4.com/users/login
That link will bypass SAML authentication and bring your contractors to the KB4 login page.
If you don't want your contractors to have to memorize their passwords you can set those passwords via CSV.
That may work for your needs on this item. I do understand that this is not the perfect functionality for you so I'm going to submit a feature request on your behalf.
