I do not currently see the option in the vishing campaigns or under account settings, but the ability to change the phone number that places the simulated vishing call is needed.
Users quickly catch on to the same number calling them, even when the campaign is run quarterly. Having a handful of different numbers that are used can help stop users from catching on as quickly.
Additionally, and I have seen this posted by another user over a year ago, but the ability to spread out the phone calls, instead of 20 second increments, would be highly beneficial. As currently, I have to place users into call groups based on proximity to each other, so that they do not get tipped off by a colleague nearby.
