Date and Timestamp for Discussions in PhishER

Please add the date to the timestamp for discussion entries. Currently only the timestamp is shown. When I'm investigating a message, sometimes I'll use the Discussion area to take notes. It would be useful to know the date the note was entered.

  Hello Bruce! 

  Thank you for that contribution to our community board. I've gotten this information over to our PER Development team for review. I took a look at it myself and I can see how multiple posts in that discussion area could lead to some confusion without a date associated with it.
