Currently, our training campaigns have multiple sections and some users are only completing the very first one they see when they login and think they are done with the training.
Of course, I think the main issue is the users not scrolling down to see the rest of the sections but I also think we can do better at displaying those sections.
Currently, it displays big squares with nice graphics but to the common user, that apparently is not obvious enough so we would like to make it easier for them to see the whole list of pending items.
Maybe the developers could make it an option on how to display the training sections and have an option for a nice table that can clearly show which sections are part of each campaign and maybe even highlight the whole line in green once they are completed and red for the not completed ones. This way it will be easier for the users to spot the sections and not miss any of them and once they are done with the whole campaign, highlight that campaign somehow as completed for them.
Also, when we have multiple campaigns, I have noticed that all the sections get mixed up in that page and it is a little harder to distinguish which belongs to what but if we have them clearly labeled under each campaign in a table and all the sections that belong to that campaign, it would definitely be more obvious to everyone, especially the users.
