Ability to interact with PhishER platform through API (reporting, logs, assigning message categories). This would assist with ability to integrate into 3rd party platforms similar to training platform's API.

Another level of reporting and integration for PhishER would be amazing for our product. I can see how that could be really useful to you as well as all of our other customers.

I've submitted a feature request on the item for review! Our dev team really appreciates great ideas like this one!

To me this is almost a must-have. A fuller API integration would allow for easy integration which 3rd party platforms which would allow me to automate regular tasks and take full advantage of the PAB and PhishML functionality. Plus the community will envision a 1,000 new ways to use your product that you probably would never had imaged.

Hey Chris,

I totally understand what you are saying an API integration with PhishER would be a great addition. We're always rolling out improvements to that tool and are always looking for ways to improve its functionality.

I've submitted an additional feature request on this item so that our development team knows that it's being requested.

So it looks an actual PhishER REST API using graphql is coming soon is there any idea on timing?

While I am unable to get an ETA on a timeframe for this we do have a PhishER API Beta test going on right now. If you or anyone on this thread is interested in it please email beta@knowbe4.com and request to be added to it.
