Allow users to view SEI landing page without penalty after reporting with Phish Alert button
AnsweredEven when users successfully identify a phishing simulation test ("PST") and report it with the phish alert button, they still often times ask us what other indicators they should have noticed in the PST. We have to manually respond to these requests because, if the user clicks a link in the PST, they are penalized for doing so.
It would be really nice if, after reporting a PST using the phish alert button, there was a link in the "Congratulations!" popup that takes them to a special SEI landing page for the email without penalizing them for clicking the email. This way, engaged users can review other red flags they should have noticed if they take the initiative to click this link. This would allow us to realize more value from the SEI feature.

Hello Alex,
Thanks for your contribution. I do see how the users could be looking for additional information on what those red flags were on an email and currently, the only way to see them at an end-user level would be failing the campaign.
It would be great feedback to your end users to immediately get that information at the point of reporting to reinforce and teach that behavior.
Since that is not something we currently have I've submitted a feature request to our development team! They enjoy getting these from customers so we can provide our customer base with their specific requests.
Let us know if you come up with anything else that could potentially improve our platform!

Another possibility that might achieve the same goal: add an option at the end of a campaign to send an email to each user with the phishing message they received with the SEI indicators available. This would serve the purpose of the original requestor, as well as getting the content in front of the people who failed a 2nd time. If this feature is implemented, I think it would also be good to also offer a notes field from the campaign administrator. I sometimes do themed campaigns (black friday, christmas, social media, etc) and being able to provide some overall information about the theme even to people who did not fail would be great.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for your contribution. That is a wonderful addition to this post. I'll make sure that our Development team is aware of this request as well. I can see the merit of showing the users the red flags in an email for those users that failed and passed alike.
Thank you again for posting to the community board.
