    Hey Chad,

Thank you for your post on the community board. I do see how providing context for the reported email might be a good way for admins to start reviewing the email. It's also a good way for the administrator to know what flags the end-users consider suspicious and it's a good way to find favorable behavior to reinforce!

I've gone ahead and submitted this request to the development team for review. Our dev team uses requests like these to enhance our features here at KnowBe4 so we appreciate your input!

Please let us know if you have any additional enhancement requests, our console is driven by feedback so we appreciate any you are willing to give.

Thank you again for contributing we look forward to hearing from you again!

Along these same lines, it would be great if the person using PhishER could provide comments back to the end user within an email template.  The email templates could have a placeholder similar to the phishing templates with [[comments]].  Then, when you trigger a response that uses an email template, a screen could pop up asking if you want to add comments.  Or perhaps have another section for internal comments and user visible comments that would auto-populate the [[comments]] placeholder.

My use cases include letting people know what vzwpix.com are, or when people report voicemail messages that are legitimately from our system but the voicemail itself is spam, or if the sender added 80+ users to the cc field instead of the bcc field but the message is legitimate - letting the user know that it definitely was a red flag and thanking them for being aware.

    Hey Matt,

That is a great addition to the above suggestion. I've created a feature request for this as well for our development team to review!

Thank you for the contribution and let us know if you have any other UI improvements that we could take a look at!
