    Hi Alex!

    Thank you for contributing to our feature request board! I wanted to address your first concern about the EEC scheduling. The EEC reports are run monthly your CSM (Customer Success Manager) would be glad to answer any questions on the EEC report schedule that you might have! If you're not sure who that is just open a ticket with us at support@knowbe4.com and we would be glad to get you taken care of!

    As for accessing the EEC data via API that is a great idea! That would give you the option to streamline the process instead of using a CSV. I'll submit that request over to our development team for review as I can see a good case for that being a great enhancement for the tool!
