End user licence acceptance page on first log in
CompletedI'm submitting a feature request for the KnowBe4 SATT platform and request that KnowBe4 develop a pop up or similar web page that the end user admin who logs into the portal for the first time is forced to agree to the software licence (EULA) terms. As a reseller, us pushing these down to the Client in a contract should not be required as it creates barriers to sale and leads to more questions and extends the length of the contracts unnecessarily.
Most other cloud providers have a pop up with the EULA when you log in - that users sign. Please implement this as soon as possible.

HI Gerry!
I wanted to follow up on this feature request to let you know that this has been implemented!
When an admin logs in they will have to sign the EULA in order to use the platform! I'm glad that we were able to get this implemented for you. Let us know if you have any additional feature requests and we'll be glad to get them over to our dev team.
We appreciate your contribution to the community board.

HI Gerry,
Thank you for the suggestion of pushing out the EULA on login. I see how this could streamline the process of onboarding clients. Currently, I would get with your channel account manager to see if you can find a process for getting the EULA signed by your clients quickly and efficiently for the time being. I have entered a feature request to the development team so that they can see if this is something that we could implement!
Thank you for your submission to the community board, we're always glad to hear your great suggestions on console improvements.
