Users campaign training progress displayed

We are currently in our initial training campaign (45 min Kevin Mitnick) and a number of our users, 12 so far, have reported that they completed the training and when we go and look all we see is "Time Spent" which gives no indication as to what progress they have made. I have had to manually pass these staff, with the only proof that they have done the training, is their word. We have another 140 staff that are showing as in progress, where I would be fairly certain, a good proportion of these believe they have in fact finished. This results in them receiving reminders to complete the training, which is frustrating for them and embarrassing for us. Some have managed to lose all they progress and are not inclined to repeat another 45 minute course. I don't want to get to the stage where people start to say "if you don't want to do it, contact them and they will pass you".
It would be good to have a column on the user training page for the campaign to see what percentage of the training campaign has been completed or what is the greatest step that they have reached. Maybe a column to say when they first started the test.

Thanks for sharing this insight with our community! I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble with the completion side of training. While this post is meant as feedback of your experience, I'd love to have our tech team look into this matter further to ensure there's nothing else at play causing issues. In the meantime, I've submitted a feedback request to our dev and product team to add a percentage completion section for training progress, to better monitor each users' progress beyond time spent.

Hi Michael,
To my knowledge, there have not been any additional actions added for administrators if a module has an error and progress is lost. I can definitely add a feature request for you. Are you currently having training module issues? I can have a ticket created for you if you are so that a support technician can assist you.
