    Hi Ashley,

That's a wonderful suggestion! I wanted to let you know that we are making strides to be more inclusive. In fact, all training content with 2019 in it that was published by KnowBe4 has been tested with a screen reader.

I've also submitted a feature request to create more accessible content. This feature request is sent to our development team for their review. We appreciate the feedback you give as it helps us build a better product. Thank you for participating in our community board!

Thanks, Maddy! When these trainings were tested with a screen reader, do you know what screen reader was used in testing? The most popular Windows screen reader is JAWS, but there are others. Was the testing conducted by someone who was blindfolded? If not, I recommend making sure the tester is not able to rely on visual cues in the future. Thank you for submitting a feature request!

    Hi Ashley,

I reached out to our courseware development team and they said that we were using NVDA and VoiceOver for testing but recently bought a copy of JAWS and have started testing with that as well. We also have an outside group test each year with a number of assistive devices and give us feedback which we incorporate (they have actual users who use these devices test as well). We have a large library though and many courses were not created in the past year since this has been a point of emphasis so we ask if you need an accommodation for a particular module to reach out to support. We will remediate wherever possible and/or provide a PDF (screen-reader friendly) version of the course based on the timing needed and extent to which remediation is needed or a new version is coming soon.

Please let us know if you have any more questions!
