    Hi Rob,

Adding the ability to exclude individuals from a phishing campaign is an excellent suggestion! I've submitted a feature request on your behalf. This feature request is then sent to our development team to review. Thank you for participating in our Community Board!

Personally, I think it would be even better if we could exclude groups, and smart groups

Additionally, excluding specific users from all training (temporarily) would be helpful. For example, a employee is on an extended leave, still active in AD. Otherwise need to disable in AD which may not be appropriate. Emails then go to their manager who says why am I getting these emails, this person is on leave. Thanks!

    Hey Maddy,

Any chance this might be in the works? The specific use-case I have been eagerly waiting on, is being able to exclude users from a Smart Group, that belong to another Smart Group. It seems that Smart Group membership rules/conditions right now, only allow excluding members of groups that are NOT Smart Groups. I think expanding that to allow Smart Groups as a selectable group type in the conditionals, would enable most of the requests captured in this thread.

    Hello Matthew,

While I don't have an ETA on this feature request for you I did want to suggest a workaround that may work for you. If you create a smart group that excludes just the users you're not wanting phished/trained then you can use that group in place of "all users" and, because it's a smart group, it will keep itself up to date with all new users you add to the system. I've provided our documentation on smart groups for you below in case that's helpful.
