    Hi Matthew, 

    Unfortunately, tags are not retroactive, therefore, tags will only be automatically applied to emails that meet the rules you've created, going forward. As you know, the only way to manually tag emails is individually–at this time. Therefore, I've passed your request along to our Development team for review. We do take customer input into consideration when planning new features or enhancements to our console; therefore your feedback is appreciated!

    I agree that we should be able to bulk assign (or un-assign) tags to multiple selected emails. If a corresponding action would then take place after assigning a new tag, perhaps a pop-up box could display if you want to run that action or not.

    Thanks for your feedback Rob. I've submitted an additional feature request on your behalf regarding the ability to bulk assign or un-assign tags to selected emails.
