We have what I believe is a somewhat unique situation with the amount of new hires that we have during the course of a year. This stems from our business of medical staffing in which the turnover rate for recruiters, etc. is fairly high. So we literally have someone starting almost every week throughout the year. When I first started with the company, they had a training setup for new hires that ran without an end date, but we ran into problems with compliance. We also have a regular campaign we run twice a year for all existing employees which is fine. I use smart groups to move users from one to another, but I am looking for suggestions for being able to initiate training on their start date, and satisfy compliance by not having it open ended.
