    Hi Donald!

Thanks for reaching out to our community board for ideas! The following is my suggestion for your scenario–using Smart Groups and "Relative Duration" end dates for your 'new hires' training campaign.

    1. First, you'll want to choose one (or more) training course(s) to enroll your new hires in.
    2. Create a Smart Group for new hires using the following criteria:
User Date: The user must have been created in the last [1 or 2 days (depending on your onboarding process/timeframe)]
Training: User has not completed in all of these ['new hire' training course(s)] [ever (or another applicable timeframe)]
    3. Create a "New Hires" training campaign with the following specifications:
End Campaign At: Set the end date to "Relative Duration" and specify the number of days, weeks, or months you'd like to allow for the new hires to complete the training course(s).
Enroll Groups: Select your 'New Hires' Smart Group.
Content: Be sure to select the same course(s) you've determined in your 'New Hires' Smart Group.

The Smart Group rules specified above will populate the users that have been recently added to your console (depending on the time frame you specified), and have not completed the new hire training. Once users have completed the training they will no longer remain in this Smart Group.

Here are a couple resources from our knowledgebase that may be helpful:

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions, or feel free to email support@knowbe4.com for assistance!

    Thanks again!
