PAB
AnsweredWould it be possible to enhance the Outlook PAB pop up box to ask whether the email is Spam or Malicious (and possibly give a little definition) and if they click spam provide another pop-up box with instructions on how to send it to junk mail?

We just found an Outlook Add-in Report Message, this add in helps improve Microsoft Spam Filters for Office365 tenants.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/enable-the-report-message-add-inWe feel this is more important than improving the KnowBe4 service, but we would like to do both, however we cannot depend on the user clicking two buttons.
As a product improvement suggestion could KnowBe4 integrate the Report Message Add-in functions into the PAB for reporting Junk, Phishing, and Not Junk?

Laura,
Thanks for checking in! For future releases, we don't have a log that's publicly available. This is due to our development and product team's workload and process. Anything that isn't mentioned remains with our team to ensure any new features/developments are fully vetted through our internal process. This also prevents any issues with any changes in development, as all unreleased content and products are subjective to change at any time.
In the meantime feel free to follow our release and change logs below.

Even though we do monthly campaigns and yearly cyber security training I do not want my users tho tell me what the email is. I would rather them just click one button and move on with their day. Getting the response that the email was part of a campaign is the best feedback we can give back.
Just my opinion. I love the PAB.
Shane
