Add an ability to set multiple Phish Link Domains for Phishing Campaigns

 Hello,

We would like to have an ability to configure multiple Phish Link Domains for phishing Campaigns.

Currently, while editing settings for the phishing campaign, for Phish Link Domain we can choose from Random or one specific domain, eg. mail.kb4.io.

For the situation when some of the domains are flagged by solutions like FireEye NX it would be very useful to have an ability to configure multiple Phish Link Domains, except ones that are flagged by FireEye NX.

  Also, can we get some more phishing domains, especially ones that don't look so blatantly obvious.  It's good to have obvious ones, but we are past that point with most of our users and need ones that are similar to good ones that attackers use to trick users.
