    Hi All,

Great news! The feature to extend training past the due date has been released! When your users miss their training deadlines, you can now extend the training due date for individual users or allow training assignments to be completed after the due date. This feature can help your issue regarding users not completing their training by their relative duration deadlines. For more information on this feature, check out this article on the Knowledge Base.

Thanks again for all for your input, it is greatly appreciated!

    Hi Davide!

Thank you for this feature request! I've passed this information along to our Development team for review. This is a great idea, and we do consider customer feedback when planning many of our product enhancements and new developments.

    Thanks again!

I have accomplished much the same thing by "cloning" the initial testing group and then using the "remove" feature to remove people from it as they complete the training.  So the original testing group stays the same and can be reused or re-purposed later, but the "Needs Reminding" or "Incomplete" group keeps being whittled down as the training progresses.

In this particular use-case, I set no time-limit for the training, so that people stay on the campaign with the original assignments until they're done.  But the second group keeps getting smaller as people finish, and I can use that to send out reminder templates to all the people who haven't yet finished.  If a lot of time goes by and there are a small number of non-compliers, I could export that list of people for use by a senior manager to send a more "official" internal reminder.

While this accomplishes the goal that Davide has described, his suggestion would also be useful.  Using my approach means that you have to create TWO user groups for every training campaign, creating a bit of group-clutter.  (On the other hand, using reminders with a no-expiration campaign avoids having to create multiple campaigns to cover the same ground, so that's LESS clutter.  And since you can re-use the continually-shrinking "Incompletes" group to send out MULTIPLE reminders over time, that avoids having to create a new group for every reminder.)

    Hi Randy!

Thanks for this great feedback. That is quite a workaround you've come up with, I'm impressed! Thanks for sharing this process.

I went ahead and submitted a feature request on your behalf for the functionality that Davide is requesting.
We do take customer input into consideration when planning enhancements for our platform; therefore your feedback is appreciated!

    Thanks again!

    Hello Randy,

thanks for sharing this approach! However, if I understood it right, I'm afraid it wouldn't work for my case, because in my case the initial group is a dynamic (i.e. smart) group. This group is based on rules about how people are doing w.r.t. phishing simulations, and being dynamic I cannot statically "clone" it (users are being added to it automatically at any time).

    Please add this feature.

Also give us an option to email user/admin/manager on overdue training (not just the due date of.)

Also - if they are "overdue" on the training should not be removed their training campaign assignment. It should stay there until they complete it.  We have to manually micro-manage and reset these users progress.

This part needs to be fixed so it is more automated.
