We use a web proxy (I assume everybody does) so when a user clicks on a link in one of the phishing messages they are typically blocked and so the click is not recorded. KnowBe4 support suggests we contact support to get a list of domains to whitelist on the proxy. We can certainly do that but it is only a temporary fix. Every time KnowBe4 introduces a new domain in a phishing campaign our whitelist will be out of date. According to support the current list of domains can only be obtained by opening a ticket and there is no way to receive an alert when an update is needed. If KnowBe4 simply posted the domain list then we could check it prior to new campaigns. Not ideal but workable. Much better if customers received an e-mail alert with the subject "Time to Update Your Web Proxy Whitelist" whenever a new domain is introduced.
