Notifications based on Campaign Start Date

It's awesome to create a notification using the "Remind after enroll" function because it allows you to use the "repeat every" so many days, so you don't have to create a lot of notifications.

I like to send my "managers" updates on users who have not completed training, but the problem is the "remind after enroll" can be different for the users that are enrolled into a campaign at different times.  So now the "repeat every" some many days notification goes out for each user that has a different enroll date, appearing to be random.  When working VP's, in my experience, they like consistent, scheduled reports.

My current work around is to come from the other direction.  I create a notifications based off the campaign end date, starting at 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, etc. before the end date to give me consistent reoccurring report.  But you have to create each notification manually, when it would be nice to have the "repeat every" function.

Why not have the option to base the notifications of off campaign start date?
