Possible to extend relative duration of campaign?

On an existing, in-progress training campaign with a relative enrollment duration of 30 days, does anyone have experience with extending the days to 60 or longer? And, how are the users affected that are in that training? Will it reset their training? Will they automatically get new notifications? Will their password-less links extend to 60 days?

  Hi All, 

  Great news! The feature to extend training past the due date has been released! When your users miss their training deadlines, you can now extend the training due date for individual users or allow training assignments to be completed after the due date. For more information on this feature, check out this article on the Knowledge Base.

  Hi Tim,

  You can extend your current, relative duration training campaign and it shouldn't affect users who were enrolled and completed their training. To answer your questions about in-progress users and training notifications, I went ahead and opened a support ticket for you. Our support team will be able to provide you with a better explanation of the effects of this change specific to your campaign/notification settings.

  However, the duration of a campaign does not impact the password-less login link expiration. Rather, the link expiration is based on the date the password-less login link email is sent to the user. You can change the password-less login link expiration timeframe in your Account Settings under the Users section, in the "Expire Password-less link in _____ days" field. Keep in mind, this can only be set at the administrative level.

  Yes, this is a problem for me too, and i'd expect for a lot of others. Seems unreasonable to have a work around for something as basic as extending a training deadline. The original post was made in July and it still seems to be a problem. Would appreciate some feedback.

  This feature request consisted of the ability to extend the training deadline for individuals and groups of users.
