    Hello All,

Currently do have the ability to disable template attack vectors you can find documentation on that here.

You can find this in your account settings when logged in as an admin!

This is a great idea, as many companies (such as mine) will have rules in their Exchange to block emails that Soofs the domain.

    Hi There!

Thank you for this additional request for the ability to enable/disable phishing templates in campaigns based on attributes such as the attack vectors (link, spoofs domain, etc.).

I've passed this additional request along to our Development team for review; if you have any other ideas you'd like to share, feel free!

    Thanks again!

A combination of good attribute tagging of all existing and new templates, along with being able to set the system to allow/disallow specific tags, would be excellent!

For instance, my organization does not support me sending phishing exercises that include "Cisco" while we are in the middle of a Cisco phone system deployment.  If I could ensure that no phishing templates tagged "Cisco" will be sent out (even if they are added future-forward), that would be great.

To expand on this request further, here are some other much needed features for the template management pages:

    • Add a column for "added"  or "created" date instead of just updated date so new templates can be more easily identified
    • The ability to multi-select and hide/show multiple templates all at once (currently you can only multi-select and add all to a category)
    • The ability to filter, not just sort columns
    • Show multiple categories for each template so you can still see what system category a template in "my templates" was originally in and conversely see which custom categories a system template is currently in.

Agreed with the feature request. I would like the option to exclude templates based on the "spoofs domain" tag if at all possible. Thanks.

Hi! I would also like to double down on this request to be given the ability to exclude spoofing. Please let me know when this has become available.

    Hello Eduardo,

Thank you for contributing to our community board. We do have the ability to exclude most attack vectors unfortunately spoofing isn't one of the attack types that can be removed at this point.

I'll submit a feature request on your behalf specifically for the ability to remove spoofed phishing emails.

Thank you for contributing to our community board we look forward to hearing any more ideas that would make our platform better!

We started using the "Overwrite [[domain]] Placeholder" feature to work around this. This way the spoofing templates use a chosen domain rather than the registered domain.

Smart Groups for users works very well, maybe Smart Groups for Phishing templates is what we need. Then you could make a smart group to exclude all templates using spoofing and containing the word "Cisco" or what ever.

we really need a way to globally disable all “spoofs domain” templates, while continuing to have new non-spoof templates added (via the categories we’ve already attached to our campaign).  We do not want any domain spoofs, and, currently, I have to go in an hide new spoof templates periodically.

    Hi Steven,

I’ve added your feedback to this feature request, and we appreciate your contribution.

In the meantime, we do have a feature found in Account Settings > Phishing labeled ‘Overwrite [[domain]] Placeholder’. This feature allows you to specify a single domain to be populated when the [[domain]] placeholder is used, which is the placeholder utilized by our spoofing templates. While this wouldn't disable spoofing templates, it would force them to use a domain of your choosing.

    Thank you,
