    Hi Alex,

Thank you for your contribution to our Community Board! I've passed your ideas along to our Development Team for review. We base a lot of our development on customer feedback, so your input is appreciated.

If you have any other suggestions feel free to share!

    Thanks again!

Being able to manually mark "Reported" for a given user on a given campaign would be an excellent addition.

PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!  This would make the KnowBe4 campaigns so much better.  I don't use the PAB because it doesn't submit the phishing emails to my spam/phishing filter.  So, when my user's report phishing emails, it would be nice if I could just go into the campaign and check a box that they reported it.

    Thank you Matt,

We appreciate the additional input on the reporting tool. I can absolutely see where having an alternate method of reporting for the tool would be helpful.

We do have the User Event API that allows you to import your users' security-related events or training activities from external sources and push them into your KnowBe4 console. That does not directly address this request but may be an avenue work exploring.

I've gone ahead and got this information over to our Dev team as well! The Dev team uses suggestions like these when we create improvements for our tools!

    Thank you!

    Hello Janelle,
Unfortunately, I can't provide an update for development on this item at this time. I can assure you that our Dev team has seen it and it has been reviewed but I'm unable to provide information on its implementation.

I apologize I don't have a better answer for you on this one. I'll gladly update this thread with any information that I do get regarding this item.

Has any progress been made on this request?

MY organization utilizes a a email protection platform and they have their own proprietairy "button" that can not be modified..

I would like to be able to forward the KB4 simulated phisihg campaign responses back to the KB4 platform via a "forward email" submission by End User to a KB4 hosted campaign" from the Email security platform as I have that choice within that platform....i hope this makes sense to the community as well as KB4 ...thankk you

    Hi Fred,

Thanks for your interest in this feature. Unfortunately, I don't have any new information to add. I do know this has been reviewed but I do not know if it has been selected to be implemented at this time. I did go ahead and add you as a +1 to the feature request so that our development team can see the continued interest in this feature.
