    Hello Community,

Images used within simulated phishing templates, landing pages, or training notifications must be added using a publicly-available URL. This is to a) avoid a potential weaponization of our platform if malicious images are uploaded, and b) avoid any trademark or copyright-related issues (see more here).

All images used within our built-in simulated phishing templates are hosted on publicly-available URLs. By using links instead of embedding or uploading images, we can make more realistic templates which include actual logos, just like real phishing emails do. Because we don't own the rights to the images, we cannot embed them or upload them into our templates. By using publicly-hosted images, we can create these templates without violating any copyrights.

The ability to insert an image in an email template is highly needed. Either that, or KB4 could provide us with a location to upload images that we can link to.

I second the ability to either upload or insert an image into either an email template or landing page.
