I think we have some of the same questions. Have you received a reply from anyone?

We are here, but we find mimecast keeps causing Phish Alert to load slower than outlook would like.

    What are your questions?

Hey Andrew, thanks for reaching out!

If you are experiencing any issues while running Mimecast and the Phish Alert Button (PAB), there is a known conflict that occurs due to both add-ins using one of the same DLLs (ADXloader.dll). This is covered in Mimecast's known issues here: https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1527#jive_content_id_Third_Party_Applications_and_adxloader_Conflicts.

If you are experiencing a delay in Outlook loading the PAB regardless of Mimecast's add-in being enabled, we can create a ticket to troubleshoot this issue further as that is a separate matter than the known conflict above. Any other issues or questions you may have outside of this statement can be discussed further in a ticket with our support team as well. You can open a new case here: https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Cheers,

    Kaiser
